Two daily check ins (text or Facetime)

Late night access between 12am-6am for on-call support via text or Facetime, with on-call in person support at the Doula’s discretion

One nourishing postpartum meal a week, with the option to add on more

​Daytime as needed in-home support of 2-6 hour shifts.

• 4 days a week (minimum) in-person support

• Possibility of Overnight support of 8- 10 hour shifts (no more than 3x a week) at Doula's discretion

• Shifts are assigned based on family's needs

Three weeks - $4000

40 days (40 days/7 weeks) - $7400
